Paid courses and plans are billed through our payment provider. Prices, taxes, and billing intervals are disclosed before you confirm a purchase. Renewals occur automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and only where required by law or explicitly stated in a promotional offer.

All course materials, videos, question banks, and platform software are the property of CNC or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for learning purposes only.

Copying, redistributing, reverse-engineering, or using our content to train machine-learning models is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

CNC is an educational platform. Our content is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement, certified training, or official regulatory guidance. Always defer to your institution, licensing body, and qualified clinicians when making patient-care decisions.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including uploading harmful code, harassing other learners, scraping content, or attempting to bypass access controls.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access where abuse is identified.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CNC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform or by email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
