This Refund Policy applies to course, bundle, and subscription purchases made on CNC. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept the terms below alongside our Terms & Conditions.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing cycle unless you are within the eligibility window described above.
