Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, what is non-refundable, and how to request one.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to course, bundle, and subscription purchases made on CNC. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept the terms below alongside our Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility for refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if all of the following are true:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the original payment.
  • You have consumed less than 20% of the course or bundle content.
  • The purchase was not made using a promotional or discounted offer marked as non-refundable.

Refunds outside this window are considered only where required by applicable law.

3. Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Subscriptions after the first 7 days of a billing cycle.
  • Live classes or one-to-one mentorship sessions that have already been attended.
  • Purchases made with coupons or promotional offers explicitly marked "non-refundable".
  • Downloadable or one-time-access resources that have already been accessed.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email levelup@admin.com from the email address associated with your account and include:

  1. Your full name and registered email.
  2. The order or transaction ID.
  3. The reason for your refund request.

Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Subscription cancellations

You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing cycle unless you are within the eligibility window described above.
